As a licensed profession, opticians need to be aware of any legislation that can potentially effect their vocation.

Both the Opticians Association of Massachusetts and the Opticians Association of America work with states to strengthen the profession and provide strong representation to advocate and protect the state license.

Your Role

As a member of your state professional association, your contribution to the protection of your license is to remain connected to your state association. This allows the state society to have a strong voice to use in advocation of the profession.
